RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Pine House Pottery, we take pride in carefully packaging each piece to ensure it arrives safely. However, we understand that, occasionally, items may be damaged in transit. Our return policy applies only to pieces that arrive broken or damaged due to shipping. Other items are non-refundable.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Only items broken or damaged during shipping are eligible for returns or replacements.

  • To qualify, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the damaged item.

Steps for a Return or Replacement

  1. Contact Us: Email us at pinehousecreative@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the damage.

  2. Provide Photos: Attach clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging.

  3. We’ll provide a replacement piece at no additional cost, if available, or offer a full refund for the damaged item.

What materials do you use to pack and ship?

Each piece is carefully packaged with sustainability in mind, using minimal plastic and prioritizing eco-friendly materials wherever possible.

Where do you ship?

I currently offer shipping within the United States.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Pieces in stock will ship out within 5 business days and you will receive a tracking number as soon as they are out the door! I utilize USPS for all my shipping.

Do you do custom orders?

Currently, I do not take custom orders unless they are wholesale orders. Due to the nature of my small shared studio space, I focus on crafting unique, ready-made pieces. However, I offer a variety of designs that change seasonally, so there’s always something new to discover!
 

Do you offer pottery classes?

I don’t offer classes directly through Pine House Pottery. However, I am a resident potter at Oak Grove Pottery, which offers a variety of pottery classes, workshops, and private lessons. It’s a great place to learn the art of pottery in a supportive, hands-on environment!

Do you offer in-person sales?

Yes! I do offer in-person sales for Pine House Pottery. You can find me at local art fairs, markets, and other events in Michigan. Follow along on social media or join our newsletter to stay updated on where I’ll be selling next.

Do you offer wholesale pottery?
